We have developed, and acted as advisors to developers in several types of properties. These have included office buildings, medical buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, warehouses, hotels, apartment buildings, condo projects, as well as single-family homes, townhomes, and 1-4 residential units.

In addition we have converted, rehabbed and remodeled industrial/warehouse buildings to office, retail, and residential uses.
