Real Estate Syndication/Partnership
Invest in partnerships or in joint ventures with other investors who have similar investment goals and objectives. Our partnerships are not tax driven transactions, but rather syndications based on economics with the objectives of substantial cash flow and/or equity build up.

Real estate partnerships offer the opportunity to invest private savings into real estate investment. By pooling limited financial resources with others who have similar goals, a small investor is offered an opportunity to participate in the ownership and operation of a property that is too much to handle alone.

Partnerships also offer professional management—crucial to successful real estate investments—which might not otherwise be economically feasible for a small investor. In addition, an investor is able to spread the risks and act fast to take advantage of better and bigger deals.

Quite often property owners cannot qualify for or acquire a loan from an institution. They go to private investors who will lend on the value of the property rather than on the owner’s credit. Although private investors charge more than institutions (9-12%), they are more flexible and can act faster. That can sometimes make or break a deal.
